David J. Crowley,
M.D. Neurologist Dr. David Crowley is a
native of Lynn, Massachusetts and graduate of the College of
the Holy Cross and Tufts University Medical School. He
completed his Internship and Residency in
Internal Medicine at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton,
Massachusetts. He also did three years Residency in Neurology
at New England Medical Center in Boston, Ma. He is Board
Certified in Neurology. Dr. Crowley is a member of the
American Academy of Neurology, the Massachusetts Medical
Society, the American Medical Association, and the
Massachusetts Neurological Association. Dr. Crowley has a particular
interest in Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson's
Disease
Sanford M. Levy,
M.D. Neurologist Dr. Sanford Levy is a native
of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduate of Allegheny
College and the University of Health Sciences - Chicago
Medical School. He completed Internship
at the Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa and
Neurology Residency at the Boston University - Boston VA
Hospital program and at the Tufts New England Medical Center.
Dr. Levy is Chief of the Section of Neurology and Medical
Director of the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory and Stroke Center
at North Shore Medical Center. He served as President of the
Massachusetts Neurology Association from 1993-1995 and was
listed in Boston Magazine as one of the "Best Doctors" in 1995
and 1999, listed in Best Doctors in America, Northeast Region
1997,1998, and Best Doctors in America 1999 to present. He is Board Certified in Neurology. Dr. Levy is a
Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, a member of the
Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Levy has particular
interests in Headache, Vascular Diseases, Movement Disorders,
and Back Pain.
Andrew H.
Leader-Cramer, M.D. Neurologist Dr. Andrew
Leader-Cramer is a native of London, England graduate of Guy's Hospital Medical School, University of London.
After medical and surgical internships in Great Britain, he
completed Neurology Residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital
in New York, where he was Chief Resident in his final year.
Dr. Leader-Cramer has been Board Certified in Neurology since
1979. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the
Massachusetts Neurological Association, the Boston Society of
Psychiatry and Neurology, and the British Medical Association.
He currently
serves on the 'Partners' Neurology Executive Quality
Measurement Team. He served as President of the Medical Staff
at Shaughnessy-Kaplan Rehabilitation Hospital from 1990-98.
He has a
particular interest in Movement Disorders and Cerebrovascular
Disease.
Edgar W. Robertson,
M.D. Neurologist Dr. Edgar Robertson is a
native of Baltimore, Maryland and graduate of
Dartmouth College and Boston University School of Medicine.
He completed Internship at Albany Medical Center and his
Neurology Residency and Fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical
Neurophysiology at Boston University Medical Center. After
practicing Neurology at Newton-Wellesley Hospital for 11
years, he joined Essex Neurological Associates in 1991. Dr.
Robertson is a Co-Chairman of the Ethics Advisory Committee at
North Shore Medical Center. Dr.
Robertson is Board Certified in Neurology and Electrodiagnostic
Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy
of Neurology, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society
and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
Anna Litvak,
M.D. Neurologist Dr. Anna Litvak is a native of
Ukraine and graduate of Lvov Medical Institute, Ukraine. She
practiced Neurology for 11 years in Ukraine before she immigrated to
the United States. She completed her Internship at Metrowest
Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts. She did her
Neurology Residency and a Fellowship in EMG and Neuromuscular
Diseases at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in
Worcester, Mass. She joined Essex Neurological associates in
1997. She is a co-author of a chapter in a Second Edition of
textbook "Comprehensive Neurology." Dr. Litvak is Board Certified in Neurology. Dr. Litvak
is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the
Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Medical
Association. Dr. Litvak has particular interests in
Neuromuscular Diseases, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementias and Cerebrovascular
Diseases.
